Its a community engagement app designed by the City of Rancho Cucamonga
RC2GO is a GIS application intended to improve service delivery and allow community members to interact with various services available within the City. It also allows people to report any issues, defaced signs, graffiti, etc. Take a photo, outline the issue and it is immediately sent through to the appropriate department to address.

ReplyDeleteI downloaded the app. Seems to have all the functionality we want & a lot better then what we can currently offer. I would also be interested about how well it integrates with their internal request management system.

Gareth, I'll find out for you. Also check out "San Jose Clean" plus they use "QR"'s a lot including, for example, on signs.
